Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026
These terms apply when a guild subscribes to RaidWarden and when anyone uses a RaidWarden guild site. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
RaidWarden provides a website and Discord bot for organising a game guild. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we provide it as is and cannot promise it will never be interrupted.
Accounts and guilds
- Each guild site has admins who decide who is approved and what roles they hold. Admins are responsible for how their guild uses the site.
- You sign in with Discord, and you are responsible for your Discord account.
- Do not use the service to harass people, to post unlawful content, or to try to get into another guild's data.
Trials, billing and cancelling
- New guilds get a free trial of 14 days. No payment is taken during the trial.
- After the trial the guild pays $8 a month or $80 a year, in advance. Prices are in US dollars.
- You can cancel at any time. The site stays available until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
- If a subscription ends, we keep the guild's data for 30 days so it can be restored or exported, then delete it.
Your content
Your guild's data belongs to your guild. You give us permission to store and display it only so we can run the service for you.
Trademarks
World of Warcraft is a trademark of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. RaidWarden is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company. Item details are provided by Wowhead.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell guild admins about any important change before it applies. Questions: [email protected].
