Features

Everything between "who's coming?" and "who got the ring?"

Every screenshot on this page is the real app, running our demo guild. Nothing here is a mock-up or a roadmap promise.

Raids and sign-ups

Officers keep a list of the raids the guild runs, each with its bosses, usual start time and length. Scheduling a night takes four fields. Nothing is generated automatically, so a holiday week is just a week you did not schedule.

  • Attending, Tentative or Absent, with an optional note
  • Pick which character you are bringing; your default main is preselected
  • One Attending character per player, so alts never double count
  • Sign-ups close at the pull or at an earlier cutoff you choose
  • Excuse requests that officers approve or deny, with a DM back to the member
  • Live class and role counts as replies come in
  • Move or cancel a raid and everyone is told, with your reason

Raid planner

Turn a list of sign-ups into groups. One click places everyone who is Attending, tanks and healers first, and puts the overflow on the bench. Then adjust by clicking or dragging.

  • Groups of five, sized to the raid from 5 to 40 players
  • Tentative players shown on the side so you can decide on them
  • Search the whole roster to add someone who has not replied
  • Anyone in the plan who switches to Absent is flagged
  • Officers only; each saved plan goes in the audit log

Attendance

Replies fill in attendance before the raid starts. Attending counts as Present, and an Absent reply with more than an hour's notice counts as Excused. Officers only mark the exceptions.

  • Attendance percentage per character: Present divided by Present plus Absent
  • Excused raids never count against anyone
  • Each member's last ten raids at a glance
  • Changes after a raid ends need a reason and are logged
  • Compare raiders: attendance, recent marks and loot received, side by side

Loot log

Loot is decided in the raid by your loot council. RaidWarden is the record of what was decided, raid by raid and boss by boss, for everyone in the guild to see.

  • Item catalog filled in from a Wowhead link: name, icon, stats and tooltip
  • Record an award in a few clicks, or several in a row during a break
  • Import a night or a whole season from RCLootCouncil, CSV or JSON
  • Rows already in the log are skipped, so imports are safe to repeat
  • Corrections keep the original, marked reversed, with the reason
  • Filter by character, raid, item, boss or date, with totals per character

Roster and recruitment

Applicants sign in with Discord and fill in a short application: character, class, spec, role and how much they want to raid. Officers see it in one place and approve with one click.

  • Approving an applicant adds their character to the roster, linked to them
  • Your own guild ranks, like Officer, Raider, Trial and Social
  • Classes, specs, races, alts and a default main for every player
  • Public notes and private officer notes
  • Inactive players hidden, with their history kept
Members and approvals, with two applicants waiting, each with their class, spec, role and a note.

Calendar and events

Raid nights, colored by raid, and everything else your guild does: dungeon nights, farming groups, guild meetings. Events take replies too.

  • Month view for the whole guild
  • Events with a category, location and description
  • Announcements with pinning and expiry on the dashboard
A month calendar showing Molten Core on Wednesdays, Onyxia on Sundays and guild events in between.

Discord bot

Connect the bot to your server and the website runs your raid channel. Every post is rebuilt from your guild's data, so it never drifts from what the website says.

  • A post for every raid and event with Sign up, Tentative and Request excuse buttons
  • A reminder the day before to anyone who has not replied, and an hour before to everyone coming
  • Loot posted per boss as it is recorded, reversals struck through
  • Announcements copied to your announcements channel
  • Applications and excuse requests sent to your officer channels
  • /raids, /attendance, /loot and /main, answered privately
  • An officer board with /todo and /note

Officer and admin tools

Three levels of access: members, officers and admins. Each person only sees the menus their role allows, and the server checks the same rules on every request.

  • Audit log of approvals, role changes, attendance fixes, deletions and loot corrections
  • View the site as an officer or a member to check what they see
  • Site settings for your guild name, about text, schedule and recruitment message
  • At least one admin is always kept, so nobody locks the guild out

Made for phones as well

Most replies happen on a phone, so every page works on a small screen. Members can check the next raid, reply and look up the loot log without zooming.

  • No app to install
  • Same sign-in as Discord
  • Pages update live while they are open

Security and privacy

No passwords

Sign-in goes through Discord. We only ask Discord for a member's name, ID and avatar, never their email or servers.

Approved members only

Being in your Discord is not enough. An officer approves each person before they can see anything.

History you can trust

Loot awards cannot be edited or deleted, only corrected on the record. Important actions are audited.

Your own address

Each guild gets its own site at yourguild.raidwarden.mwfreelance.com, served over HTTPS.
