Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
You get the full product for 14 days with no card on file. Set it up with your real roster and run a raid night or two on it. If it is not for you, do nothing and the trial ends.
Is there a limit on members or raids?
No. The price is per guild. Bring your whole roster, every alt, and as many raid nights as you schedule.
We have two raid teams. Is that two guilds?
Not if they share a roster. Use a raid type for each team and schedule them separately. If your teams are really separate guilds with their own officers, each one needs its own site.
Can we cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans stop at the end of the month you are in. Yearly plans run to the end of the year you paid for. We can send you an export of your data before we close the site.
Can we use our own domain name?
Not yet. Every guild gets an address on raidwarden.mwfreelance.com for now. Let us know if you need your own domain and we will tell you when it is available.
Do you offer discounts?
The yearly plan works out to two months free. If you run a large community with several guilds, write to us and we will work something out.
