This page explains what RaidWarden stores about the people who use a guild site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have tried to keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar. We do not ask Discord for your email address or the servers you are in.
- What you or your officers enter: your application, characters, raid replies and notes, attendance marks and the loot you have received.
- Records of actions: the guild's audit log notes who did what and when, for example approving a member or correcting a loot award.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested), kept for a short time to run and protect the service.
Cookies
A guild site sets one cookie to keep you signed in, and a short-lived one during Discord sign-in. This marketing site sets none. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who can see your data
Approved members of your guild see the roster, raids, attendance summaries and the loot log. Officer notes and the audit log are visible to that guild's officers and admins only. Guilds cannot see each other's data. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Where it is kept
Data is stored on servers we control and in their backups. Payments, when you subscribe, are handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
Your choices
You can ask your guild's admins to remove you from their roster, or write to us at [email protected] to get a copy of your data or have it deleted. A guild admin can ask us to export or delete the guild's whole site.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
