For World of Warcraft raiding guilds

Run raid night without the spreadsheets

Sign-ups, attendance and a loot log for your guild, plus a Discord bot that posts every raid and reminds people to reply. Your officers stop chasing and start raiding.

No card needed. $8 a month per guild after that, for every member.

The RaidWarden dashboard for Ashen Vanguard, with the next raid, sign-up buttons, the attending composition, recent loot and announcements.

Works with the tools your guild already uses

  • Discord
  • RCLootCouncil
  • Wowhead

Why guilds switch

Raid night falls apart in the same three places

Most guilds run on a Discord channel, a spreadsheet and a good memory. That works until the officer with the spreadsheet takes a week off.

Before

Sign-ups live in Discord reactions, DMs and "I think so" replies.

With RaidWarden

Everyone answers Attending, Tentative or Absent, on the website or with a button in Discord. You see the comp before the pull.

Before

Attendance is one officer's spreadsheet, and it is two weeks behind.

With RaidWarden

Replies fill in attendance for you. Officers only fix the exceptions, and the percentage is always current.

Before

Someone asks who got the last Band of Accuria and nobody can say for sure.

With RaidWarden

Every award is in a loot log anyone in the guild can search. Corrections are kept on the record, never quietly edited.

Raid sign-ups

Know who is coming before you form up

Schedule a raid and it shows up on the guild calendar and in your Discord channel within seconds. Members reply from either place. Tanks, healers and DPS are counted as replies come in, and the post in Discord updates itself.

  • Attending, Tentative and Absent, with notes
  • Alts and default mains, one Attending character per player
  • Sign-up cutoff and excuse requests officers approve
A Molten Core raid with 16 attending, split into 3 tanks, 3 healers and 10 DPS, with each class counted.

Raid planner

Build groups in a minute, not a spreadsheet

Fill from Attending places everyone who signed up into groups of five, tanks and healers first, and benches the overflow. Drag people around, search the roster for someone who has not replied, and save. Anyone you planned who later drops to Absent gets flagged.

  • Groups sized to the raid, from 5 to 40 players
  • Bench with standby players
  • Every saved plan is in the audit log

Attendance

Attendance that keeps itself up to date

An Attending reply counts as Present. Absent with more than an hour's notice counts as Excused. Officers only step in for no-shows and last-minute changes, and anything changed after the raid needs a reason.

  • Percentage per character, with the last ten raids
  • Excused raids never count against anyone
  • Compare raiders side by side for loot calls

Loot log

A loot history nobody can argue with

Your loot council still decides in the raid. RaidWarden keeps the record: item, winner, boss and the response it went for. Record it by hand in a few clicks or import a whole night from RCLootCouncil.

  • Wowhead item details and tooltips
  • RCLootCouncil CSV and JSON import, duplicates skipped
  • Corrections stay visible, the original is never deleted

Discord bot

Your members never have to open the website

The bot posts each raid and event in your raid channel and keeps the post current as people reply. Members sign up, go tentative or ask to be excused with a button. The day before, it pings anyone who has not answered. An hour before, it reminds everyone who is coming.

  • Loot posted per boss as it is recorded
  • Announcements, cancellations and time changes sent for you
  • New applications and excuse requests in your officer channels
  • /raids, /attendance, /loot and /main for members, /todo and /note for officers

Where it came from

Built inside a guild that raids every week

RaidWarden started as the website for Mind Goblin, a raiding guild with a Wednesday night team. Every feature on this page was added because one of its officers needed it on a real raid night: the reminder pings, the excuse requests, the planner, the loot corrections. Now any guild can use it.

Pricing

One price per guild. Everyone is included.

No per-member fees and no feature tiers. Every guild gets everything.

Questions guild leaders ask first

Do our members need to make an account?
No new passwords. Members sign in with the Discord account they already use in your server, and an officer approves them once.
We already use RCLootCouncil. Does this replace it?
No. Keep using it in the raid. RaidWarden imports its export, so the whole night's loot lands in your log in one go. Guilds without the addon record loot by hand instead.
Which versions of the game do you support?
RaidWarden is built for classic-style raiding: the nine original classes and raids of 5 to 40 players. Item details come from Wowhead.
What happens to our data if we stop?
It is your guild's data. Ask us and we will send you a full export of your roster, attendance and loot log, then delete it from our servers.
